The agreement on cooperation between the parties was signed by Deputy Chairman of the government of the Novosibirsk region – Minister of agriculture Vasily Pronkin and commercial Director of LLC "Combine plant "Rostselmash" from Rostov-on-don Alexey Shveytsov on Tuesday, April 18 in Novosibirsk. In particular, the agreement assumes that the plant will provide Novosibirsk farmers discounts up to 8% on tractors Versatile 2375. To date, nearly half of all combine harvesters working in the field, produced at the plant "Rostselmash". In the Novosibirsk region, the company operates through a dealer LLC "Agrotrak". According to Shvetsov, in the region there are about 30 tractors of the Rostov plant, but in the future the company will increase this number.
"Rostselmash" – a group of companies, which includes 13 enterprises located infor 10 production sites in 4 countries, producing equipment under the brand of ROSTSELMASH and VERSATILE. In 2016, the company acquired the canadian tractor plant Buhler Versatile, fully transferring production to Russia in 2017.
This year ,Rostselmash plans to sell about 130-140 units of various equipment to the Novosibirsk region, including tractors, for which an agreement was signed. However, applications are filed for 180 units.
As said during the meeting Vasily Pronkin, farmers have the opportunity to purchase equipment and at a discount of 20%. This is provided for in the decree of the government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2012 №1432. In addition, the regional budget provides for compensation of part of the costs.
"State support for the purchase of agricultural machinery is included in the regional budget – the compensation of part of the costs is up to 50%. In total, all measures of state support, as well as the discount indicated in the agreement, will allow farmers to buy equipment much cheaper," the Deputy Chairman of the regional government said.
By the way, this year the list of subsidized equipment has been expanded to 14 items. State support for local producers also applies to agricultural machinery produced at 12 enterprises of the Novosibirsk region.
In General, taking into account discounts and subsidies, one tractor will cost the farmer 9 million rubles. Without them, the cost of the tractor at the enterprise "Rostselmash", as specified by its Director, is from 12 to 14 million rubles.
