Today we are faced with the task of bringing back to the market a variety of models and configurations and expanding the range of cars available to our citizens with state support. Today, another step has been taken in this direction: Evolute cars are joining the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on preferential car loans, for which, as in the future and for other electric vehicles produced in the Russian Federation, an increased discount of 35% of the cost will apply," commented Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. "This is a significant project for the Lipetsk region. About 13 billion rubles, about 1,300 jobs, – added the governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov. – The plant opens in a rather difficult period. But its scale suggests that against the background of sanctions and some difficulties, the development of the economy, and at the same time, import substitution is proceeding at a steady pace." Motorinvest plans to produce 2,000 electric vehicles by the end of 2022. In addition to the Evolve i-Pro, i-Joy crossovers and i-Van minivans will be put on the assembly line of the enterprise: the cost of both models is 3.49 million rubles. Next year, the range of the plant will be supplemented by a more powerful crossover i-Jet. At the same time, Motorinvest, as a distributor, will present the Voyah Free model on the Russian market. Recall that the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Motorinvest signed a SPIC for the production of electric vehicles Evolute in the spring. The volume of investments in the project will exceed 13 billion rubles over 11 years. During its implementation, it is planned to produce more than 242 thousand electric vehicles of five models. At the same time, the capacity of the Motorinvest plant is over 100 thousand cars per year. Their production will be set up on a full cycle.
