And if you compare this parameter with the corresponding data of who, it turns out that it is only twice lower than the mortality rate in countries with the highest mortality from the virus in the world, for example: Zimbabwe (133 per 100 thousand) and South Africa (190 per 100 thousand).
The Agency provides comparable data for the Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions (42.4 and 38.1 cases per 100 thousand, respectively).Among the reasons for these statistics, RBC called the unfavorable situation with injection consumption in these regions in the 90s, because they passed through drug trafficking.
