The best result among young boys was demonstrated by the prize-winner and the winner of the all-Russian and European competitions Ilya tolpygo. The athlete of the regional sports school in winter sports excelled at three distances and in the overall standings among 44 peers not older than 14 years. A pupil of Arthur Senchuk, Vladimir Chelyadinsky and Igor Popkov finished first in the races at 500, 777 and 1000 meters. Having scored 102 credit points, Kaliningrad ahead of the top three winners Denis Dergunov from the Tver region and Alexander Fateev from Moscow on 39 and 73 points, respectively.

Another medalist of the tournament was moved to the increase in the Omsk school of an Olympic reserve, the native of Kaliningrad Sergey Ratsen. The athlete took the third place of the final Protocol of competitions of juniors.
