Only 33 percent of Brazilians Approve Bolsonaro's Management
Brasilia, Jul 8 (Prensa Latina) Only 33 percent of Brazilians consider President Jair Bolsonaro''s administration excellent or good after six months in office, according to a survey by the Datafolha Institute, published on Monday by the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper.
The study makes little change from the previous survey, published in early April, and maintains Bolsonaro as the ruler with the worst evaluation in the first six months since Fernando Collor de Mello (1990-1992), who had 34 percent approval and 20 percent rejection in the period evaluated. In the April poll, the far-right politician appeared with a 32 percent good or excellent rating, a 33 percent regular rating and 30 percent bad or bad rating. The new inquiry also revealed that for 61 percent of those interviewed, the far-right leader did less than expected, another 22 did not and a 12 believe he did. Regarding the government's expectation of its future, after six months, 51 percent assume it is good; 21 regular and 24 lousy. Before assuming, 65 percent expected Bolsonaro to have a good executive against a regular 17 and a bad 12. In another area of sampling, the issues of greatest concern to Brazilians are safety (19 percent), health (18) and education (15). mh/apz/mgt/ocs Источник: www.plenglish.com
